Frost By The Door

Snow on the bridge frost by the door

Make love to the warmth in me

I think of her in the afterglows

Tangled shadows by the light we’d be

White in the valley white on the porch

I feel you on my collarbone

Find her kisses staying there

In a house of dreams and a gentle moan

Footprints by the cold wood bench

In melting puddles shining bright

Swim moments that have followed me

Like dancing flakes in dark of night

Snow on the bridge frost by the door

Do make love to the warmth in me

FInd her kisses staying there

Winter’s where she’d always be   ~ Shantanu Naidu
